I\'m a strategic operator who thrives at the intersection of execution and impact. As Chief of Staff at Innovius Capital (~$400M AUM, Series A/B software investments), I partner directly with our CEO to run our venture capital firm. My role is to keep our CEO focused on what matters most while I run everything else. I own firm-wide operations and all external partnerships (finance, fund admin, IT, compliance, legal), manage investor relations and fundraising, lead HR and team operations, and drive our marketing strategy and events. I\'m constantly optimizing our tech stack and leveraging AI to help our small team punch above our weight.I love the Chief of Staff role because it requires both strategic thinking and operational excellence. You need to understand the big picture while obsessing over the details, anticipate problems before they arise, and be comfortable with ambiguity and the reality that your success is measured by making everyone else more effective.Before Innovius, I spent five years scaling Rocket Fuel Labs from startup to Inc\'s Best Workplaces, where I built the operational foundation that enabled 100+% YoY growth. Prior to that, I cut my teeth in experiential marketing at Mindbody, managing million-dollar events across three continents.Outside of work, you\'ll find me exploring California\'s coast, experimenting in the kitchen, or seeking out my next adventure.
