Assist with gameday preparations including administrative tasks, inventory checks, document distribution and signage-Provide support to entire Premium staff to ensure all food, condiments, beverages, and other accompanying items are distributed accurately to suites-Assist with bar program to come up with new and innovative ideas to promote certain themes (Star Wars Day, Cinco de Mayo, etc.) and push new cocktails through unique marketing and collaboration with other club areas within stadium-Oversee tastings, special party suites, VIP events and more-Actively travel on support trips for the company to aid other properties during major events including: the Peach Bowl and College Football Playoffs at Mercedes-Benz Stadium (Atlanta, GA, January 2018), private VIP events at ArtsQuest (Bethlehem, PA, May 2018) and the Indianapolis 500 (Indianapolis, IN, May 2018)-Create mobile bar concepts that generate additional revenue for the company, usually using phased out or donated product and therefore creating an 80-90% profit margin on beverages sold -Worked to increase alcohol sales by 64% per guest in Club 24 & K St.(the two highest grossing clubs in the department)
