I advise on and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts to support every department in the organization, with a primary focus on technology (SaaS), licensing, and vendor agreements - and any contracts necessary to support the business operations. I collaborate with the IT and Digital teams to manage our data privacy framework, honor data subject requests, stay up-to-date with emerging privacy regulations, and implement changes to ensure compliance, including updating our privacy policies, terms of use, and web forms. Additionally, I regularly partner with HR on employee related matters, including leave and benefits issues, performance concerns, disciplinary actions, regulatory inquiries and complaints, and implementation of new policies to comply with emerging labor and employment laws or lessons learned through experience. I also support the Marketing team to review marketing and customer-facing materials and programs to ensure compliance with consumer protection laws enforced by FTC, FCC, and State Attorneys General\'s Office. As a part of a lean legal team, I am dedicated to driving the business forward by providing legal support, offering strategic perspectives and best practices, and stepping in wherever needed to help the business find practical solutions and achieve its goals.
