He assured Market Manager roles in various fields such as IT, Intellectual Services, Industrial Subcontracting Services and led a network of Commodity Managers. As part of Continuous Improvement Procurement projects, he designed and implemented solid procurement practices, processes and systems facilitating the daily work of a large number of procurement teams being located in various countries in the world. He has designed and implemented various training and coaching programs covering Procurement practices, Procurement processes and systems in an international and multicultural context.
