Driven by a deep commitment to health equity as a human right, I combine excellence, servant leadership, and creativity to advocate for accessible and culturally competent care. With a background in Psychology, Public Health, and Business, my work bridges research, policy, education, and healthcare administration.I currently serve as a career coach and pre-health advisor, supporting students on their journey to healthcare careers while also conducting research on health disparities in the Latinx community. As a certified medical interpreter fluent in Spanish, I am passionate about breaking down linguistic and systemic barriers to care.My experience spans healthcare finance, academic research, and frontline patient support. I’ve worked across hospital administration, taught English to individuals with Limited English Proficiency (LEP), and created open-access career tools to promote equity in education. I thrive in mission-driven environments that value diversity, interdisciplinary thinking, advocacy, and innovation.I aim to continue building programs, policies, and tools that affirm health equity not just as an ideal—but as a fundamental human right.
