Supervise all aspects of the Wellness Program including wellness programming, research, assessment, marketing, budget, grant writing, facilities, aquatics, personnel, and membership. Construct and instruct academic courses. Develop and implement policies and procedures for campus, Athletics and Wellness Center and Wellness Program. Oversee wellness center facility operations, with twenty-two direct reports and fifty student employees. Oversee programming budget, in addition to the management of endowed funds. Coordinate and facilitate alcohol, tobacco and other drug education, programming and campus initiatives. Organize campus and community health and wellness events, incentives, and initiatives. Implement strategies and plans for an audience of faculty, staff, students, and public customers. Serve as a member of various campus and community committees and professional organizations. Institutional Review Board member. Bystander Intervention facilitator. Serve as Dean On-Call.
