I am a Partner in the law firm’s Finance practice and co-leader of the firm\'s Projects group. I have wide-ranging experience in global project finance, infrastructure and related transactions. My clients are financial institutions, developers, equity investors and government agencies in connection with all aspects of international and U.S. project structuring and development, including P3 procurements, and financing, day-to-day project counselling, operation and maintenance, and project restructurings. My practice encompasses foreign and U.S. power, transportation, telecommunications, natural resources and pipeline projects, as well as biofuels, other process plants and manufacturing facilities. In the power sector I have worked on fossil fuel fired facilities, as well as wind, solar and biomass.I have extensive experience in Public-Private Partnerships in the energy, transportation and social sectors, and have worked on site selection, including negotiating government incentive location packages on behalf of private investors and government agencies. I also represent financial institutions and borrowers in secured and unsecured corporate, asset based and structured financings.I speak French, German and Italian, and also have intermediate Spanish proficiency.
