I am passionate about ensuring services in both the public and private sector and the key people who deliver them operate to the best of their ability. I started NFH Consultancy Ltd in 2013, its priority being “ To deliver service improvement to meet our clients’ needs”. People often require support in realising their potential and understanding their role in the wider context, I offer support to individuals as well as the teams of organisations. My career has taken me on a journey, experiencing and learning through a variety of roles: administration, management and clinical work, which allows me to apply myself in differing situations; to translate strategic vision into practical deliverables. Following over 20 years within the NHS as well as working with and within the private sector, it was time to build on personal experience and utilise the skills learned in differing roles to host projects and programmes of work to support all client facing business.
