As an Agile Coach my primary responsibilities revolved around being a Lead within the global Agile Transformation, which included coaching, guiding and supporting teams and the organisation in adopting and implementing Agile principles and practices to over employees- Work with leaders and managers to drive organisational change towards Agile ways of working. Helping them understand the benefits of Agile and how it aligns with the organisation\'s goals and objectives- Supporting the implementation of Agile at scale across various departments and business units- Provide coaching and mentoring to UBS employees, including Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other stakeholders on Agile methodologies, frameworks (such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), and best practices- Helping them understand Agile principles and values and how to apply them effectively in their work- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and events helping the organisation to improve their collaboration, communication, and decision-making processes - Conduct training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to educate teams and stakeholders about Agile concepts, practices, and tools- Support teams in self-organising and continuous improvement. Helping them identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them. Encourage a culture of experimentation, learning, and innovation within the teams- Help to define and track Agile metrics to measure team performance, predictability, and quality- Demonstrate how to analyse data and provide insights to teams and stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decisions- Continually working within the organisation to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, including executives, business sponsors, and other Agile coaches. Collaborate with them to ensure alignment between Agile initiatives and business priorities.
