Why instruct me?I am an effective advocate, having represented clients in an array of County Court, High Court and Tribunal hearings. I regularly attend small claims and fast track trials and an array of application hearings including Stage 3 and infant approval hearings. I am well known for my tenacity in court and am often praised by judges and legal professionals for my thorough preparation, persuasive advocacy and ability.I also write regular advices on quantum, with a focus on infant cases.I combine intellectual ability with a practical approach to cases; I believe that it is only through a combination of these two qualities that my clients can be best served.
