ABOUT NICOLÁS BARBERO

As a Business Operations Director at Mural, I lead a team of analysts and managers who help the company understand, optimize, and scale its business. I have 10 years of experience between management consulting and SaaS, with a focus on strategy, operations, and finance. I hold an MBA from Columbia Business School and I\'m a former consultant at BCG. I have built models that forecasted ARR with 95% accuracy, launched and owned the first comprehensive list of KPI definitions, organized the Business Development Representatives team during the pandemic, and led data collection and review that enabled the company to raise funds in series B and C. I have also created business cases for launching new products and plans, working closely with external partners and internal stakeholders. I\'m a highly organized and analytical problem solver, a collaborative team player, and a strong communicator. I\'m passionate about joining and growing SaaS/Tech companies, especially at earlier stages, and helping them achieve exponential growth, as I did at Mural. I enjoy working with talented and diverse teams, and I\'m always eager to learn and grow. In my spare time I like cooking, trying out new wines, and spending time with my family.
