We oversee the capital programme lifecycle, ensuring effective governance, management and delivery processes. The goal is to enhance the city’s infrastructure, facilities, and community services, fostering wellbeing, accessibility, and connection.Key Responsibilities: • Governance Alignment: Participates in governance activities to align with the Council’s strategic goals. • Centre of Excellence: Collaborates and advises through best practices and methodologies to ensure successful project delivery. • Performance Monitoring: Utilises data-driven insights to monitor progress in capital delivery. • Quality Assurance: Maintains high standards across project governance, methodology, people and capability, systems and data capture, monitoring and reporting, quality and compliance, continuous improvement, and learning & development. • Programme Control: Focuses on eliminating barriers and constraints for senior leaders and project teams to facilitate effective delivery and governance of annual programmes. • Reporting: Provides regular and insightful reporting and analysis on current and forecasted delivery.
