ABOUT NICK RHIND

I am now supporting business owners on an independent basis to help with agency growth, acquisitions and more importantly planing and negotiating an exit. Unlike most consultancies I can provide the information on both sides of the fence, what founder protections really mean and how you can ensure you successfully exit. From my experience what happens in a Shareholder or Investor fallout and loopholes that can be used. Most advisors and legal firms have links with investors so when things arent on plan you know the whatifs.I was the founder of CTI Digital, one of the UK’s leading full-service digital transformation agencies. With over 22 years of experience in the digital sector, I have dedicated my career to helping clients leverage the power of digital technology to achieve growth and success. I took CTI from startup to over 250 staff, £18m+ revenues and a 30% EBITDA through organic growth and acquisitions. CTI took PE Investment from LDC (part of Lloyds Bank) in 2022 as part of our growth strategy to take the brakes off the business and accelerate growth. I went part time in 2023 with a new CEO taking over and became an advisor as a new board was brought in. I remain a minority shareholder.
