ABOUT NICK ANDREW
I have recently retired from the British Army after 35 years of varied experience delivering operations excellence, security management, warfighting and capability development, strategic communication, training design and delivery, business resilience and crisis management, risk and change management. I am an operationally proven leader, with endless enthusiasm and energy adept at forging relationships and identifying opportunities with industry to improve how to operate. Over the last decade I have become specialised in warfare development with extensive experience in policy, doctrine and concept development, as well as operational lessons. I was the lead for NATO and UK doctrine, the operational tradecraft manuals on how to operate, for strategic communications, information operations, operations security, deception, psychological operations and targeting.My current role is the Head of a new capability within Joint Force Command Naples called the Information Environment Assessment which is a geo-political and audience understanding capability designed to support decision making and the execution of military activities.
