My role is Regional Business Manager which holds overall responsibility for the day to day management of the Aberdeen office, ensuring the business operates efficiently, professionally and within the parameters of all contractual and legal obligations.This includes the management of all Aberdeen based staff and in addition to training, development, coaching and monitoring of such performance, also manage the overall recruitment activity and allocation of team support for specific roles and projects as required.My role includes high level of customer account management, and encompasses all levels of sales/tender support from initial enquiry, bid/tender preparation assistance, client presentations etc. through to actual award implementation, transition delivery and ongoing support and account management.
