Regional Director for Europe and responsible for managing the Engineering, Diving Support, Office and Permanent departments within the Aberdeen Office, which is currently the largest operational office within the Orion network.Responsible for the overall management and service delivery of several large scale complex MSP programmes across the UK and mainland Europe.Ensuring the continued provision of a professional recruitment service to a variety of Energy clients including BP, CNOOC International, Chrysaor, Neptune Energy, Shell, Spirit Energy, Total and Subsea 7.Negotiating with both clients and contractors relating to the placement of contract and permanent Engineering, Technical and Support personnel both in the UK and Overseas. Management of Orion’s Competence based Performance Management for internal staff.Contract Management of a number of large scale contracts with Major Energy Companies both in the UK and Overseas.Advising clients of changes in Employment Legislation and how this may impact on their businesses.Managing large scale transition programmes to ensure TUPE Regulations are adhered to.Managing Client specific recruitment advertising campaigns. Recruitment and training of internal staff. Tender submissions and contract negotiation and/or re-negotiation.Weekly and monthly reporting along with budget forecasts.Overseeing the Management of Company internal systems and carry out policy reviews to ensure compliance with Company procedures eg ISO 9001:2015.
