Currently working as a staff engineering intern assisting with the development of large-scale commercial and residential land development projects in addition to county and state municipal infrastructure designs. Example projects vary in scope from smaller residential designs to larger commercial designs in excess of one hundred acres. Daily tasks frequently include securing necessary permitting and zoning compliance for the proposed project. Once secured, concept proposals will be transformed into finalized development plans, complete with full site designs including site and drainage plans, grading plans and utility plans with the clients\' personal desires being successfully incorporated into the development as well.
