Today IT professionals and business people face a dramatic rate of change and often I find some organisations are conflicted. Projects are started, only to find out that the business and IT are out of kilter. My role is to ensure that applications are adopted by clients based on the value they will derive from them. A successful deployment that returns the expected value, or better still exceeds expectation, means an opportunity to repeat the process. My customers know that I work for them as the only way to gain trust is, to be honest with customers. Technology has changed the World and the rate of change is constant. Enterprise Information Technology must cater to a radically connected world, where customers/consumers, partners, and stakeholders expect applications that are available 24/7. The always-on environment is here and it must be able to scale to meet the needs of the growing communities that IT departments need to support. I am passionate about what I do.
