ABOUT NICK DEAN
Having completed the transfer of ADLIB to 100% employee ownership and formerly handed over the MD reins I now work across the ADLIB group of companies and initiatives. As CEO of ADLIB I am responsible for ensuring we stay true to our values, evolve and stay fit for purpose, taking the lead role on all things B Corp. ADLIB has recertified with a score of 130.3, the world\'s highest ranking recruitment business, a real team effort I am also the Co-Founder of HeyFlow. HeyFlow supports businesses in understanding their female workforce better. L&D that empowers businesses to build a truly inclusive company by understanding the impact of women’s reproductive health in the workplace and equip managers and employees to break taboos and build better employee engagement. Alongside which comes MotherBoard where I support the strategy. MotherBoard is a not for profit Business Charter, Community, Event Series, and Podcast driving tangible change for mums working in the tech industry. When time affords I also support a handful of purpose driven business leaders through Journey, developing talent strategies and employee value propositions in line with growth and succession modeling.
