I build Talent Acquisition functions that are global, data-driven, and built to scale.With experience leading hiring across startups and global organizations, I’ve learned that the strongest recruiting teams do more than fill roles - they create the structure, insight, and discipline that help organizations grow with confidence. I specialize in partnering with executives and business leaders to turn hiring into a strategic advantage through scalable systems, strong operating rhythms, and measurable results.Talent Acquisition Strategy: I build recruiting functions that align tightly to business priorities, workforce needs, and growth goals. From high-volume hiring to technical recruiting, I focus on creating talent strategies that scale with the business.Global Scale: I’ve led hiring across complex, multi-region environments, building the structure and partnerships needed to support growth across markets while maintaining consistency, quality, and speed.Operational Rigor: I bring a process-driven, data-oriented mindset to talent acquisition. Through analytics, hiring metrics, and workforce planning, I create clarity for leaders and stronger execution for teams.Process Optimization & AI Enablement: I look for ways to simplify what is broken, modernize workflows, and use technology intentionally. That includes improving efficiency, reducing friction, and creating more capacity for teams to focus on high-value work.Employer Brand & Candidate Experience: I believe strong talent acquisition is also about how companies show up in the market. I care deeply about building hiring experiences and employer brands that attract the right talent and reflect the business well.Currently, I lead Global Talent Acquisition at Auctane, where I’m focused on building scalable hiring capabilities, strengthening business partnership, and modernizing talent infrastructure to support growth across regions and functions.Outside of work, I’m also a FIFA Assistant Referee, regularly officiating Major League Soccer (MLS) matches across the United States and Canada.
