ONE Urban Developments Inc. is a privately held real estate development company, specializing in land acquisition and assembly, and development of infill properties into residential condominiums and luxury retail. As Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer, I lead the company\'s operations from the beginning stages of land acquisition, right through to the development and lease or sales of our completed projects. With the uniqueness of each site and the municipalities they\'re located in, my role is constantly adapting and evolving to align with the city\'s vision for development, as well as the challenges that come with bringing a concept plan through to completion. The most exciting aspect of my role is to see a plot of land go from nothing to something beautiful that people are excited to work and live in. It\'s satisfying to drive past old sites and see the contribution and value that we added to a community.
