Employed as the initial Manager to service both agencies post FIRST’s purchase of Clive, assisting in the implementation of constructing a production department between the existing companies.· Adhere to global company aligning structure policies, bringing continuity to processes and procedures between regions. · Mentor and manage juniors, as well as freelance resource.· Contribute and attend client pitch presentations, being proactive with ideas and creative solutions.· Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.· Attend industry events and site visits as necessary. · Conduct budget reconciliation and detailed post event analyisis reporting to measure outcomes based on KPI’s.· Manage and update project tracker when required.
