Developed a process for service readiness and directly implemented this with the end customer, in addition to managing the cut-over event for the applications into live service. This also involved direct liaison with a large offshore team. Data center migration event & project management for a large-scale confidential infrastructure programme.6. Integrated service manager for a confidential account - including day to day management of the release, major incident, problem and change within the service management team and associated processes.7. Scrum Master & Team Lead for 2 x confidential Scrum teams operating in a DevOps Env.8. PM for High Performance computing delivering for Rolls Royce9.
