I am also a 13-time bestselling author of books that address the challenges, opportunities, and best practices of the law enforcement profession, such as \"Police Mental Barricade\",\"Dark Side of the Blue Line\", and \"What to Expect When Expecting a Law Enforcement Promotional Process\".As a public speaker and trainer, I share my insights and expertise on law enforcement leadership, suicide prevention, and mental health with various audiences, including police departments, federal agencies, universities, and media outlets.
