I am an experienced surveyor with over 20 years exposure to the construction and property environment. As a qualified member of the RICS since 2013, I am dependable for providing diligent but pragmatic advice to a variety of stakeholders.After obtaining a first class honours degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management, I have successfully delivered various construction and building projects for two of the leading FTSE 250 Contractors, spanning a multitude of sectors, including residential, retail, commercial, education, healthcare and aviation.For the last eight years, I have specialised in Development Monitoring for some of the leading Challenger Banks and Funders. There has been a particular, but not exclusive, focus on residential schemes including private sales, BTR, PBSA and retirement schemes, ranging in scale from small £100k refurbishments up to £100m multi-unit developments.
