I am a nonprofit leader with over a decade of experience working to strengthen families, foster inclusion and belonging, and help build flourishing communities. Currently, I serve as Akin’s Director of Organizational Inclusion and Accessibility, where I focus on creating a workplace that is inclusive and accessibility for everyone in our communities.My career has been shaped by a deep belief that every person has infinite worth, every family deserves the opportunity to thrive, and that sustainable change comes through collaboration, compassion, and inclusion. I am especially passionate about lifting up lived experience, building strong partnerships across sectors, and ensuring that prevention and support systems truly reflect the needs of families.I welcome opportunities to connect with others who are working toward equity, accessibility, and stronger communities.
