With several years of experience as an Operations Manager, I have been a dedicated key player in driving operational efficiencies in a leading, PE backed, multi-site, global EMS organisation turning over +£25m. I report directly to the CEO, overseeing each detail of the manufacturing from SMT, Conventional PCB, High Level Assembly to Facilities, Goods in, Despatch and Test Engineering. My role extends to leading and motivating a large team of staff, setting and guiding direct reports through SMART objectives and various training initiatives.My responsibilities also include creating comprehensive monthly reports to highlight different aspects of Operations - KPI measurements, CI Projects, labour utilisation, Capacity, labour efficiency, WIP, and Inventory which are presented directly to the board.
