Pitch training to decision makers and instrumental in driving innovation into NHS Hospital Trusts. • Specialises in identifying cost improvement opportunities, winning over key decision makers/clinicians through mutual professional respect, bringing a whole new complete holistic approach through LEAN procurement techniques. • Advised and assisted both private and public sector clients (face to face) in manufacturing industry and commercial sectors in the U.K re Performance Management, Contract Negotiation, Facilities & Supply Chain Management attaining reduced supplier bases, cost savings, increased performance and quality. • Conducted studies on competitiveness and suggested and implemented improvements in productivity for manufacturing companies in the North West and South of England. • Managed Buyer performance and implemented purchasing processes and systems such as e-tender, e-quotation and e-procurement for operating and financial effectiveness throughout (NHS, Local Government, Police, Education and many more). • Monitored after-care activities, training and development for staff involved in Purchasing, with emphasis on improvement through the use of e-commerce.
