Lead personnel in creating uniforms and enabled revenue growth by selling licensed replica jerseys, promo on-field/on-ice jerseys, and promo on-field/on-ice jerseys for NCAA and NHL partners via team sales channel. Spearheaded the merging of US Sports, Hockey, and Basketball Development teams in a cohesive, single team resulting in improved communication and collaboration. Drive team to surpass targets for margin, buy ready, sustainability, yield efficiency, resulting in a strong materials consolidation team for two consecutive years. Oversee apparel development process for US Sports, Hockey, and Basketball to buy ready project completion. Conduct research and roll out of leading-edge innovations in garment construction, pattern/fit, embellishment, and trims in preparation for go-to-market programs. Ensured continual workforce optimization and productivity by executing coaching, mentoring, training curriculum, and quarterly performance reviews. Served as the lead apparel development’s point-of-contact for the basketball unit throughout VP’s sabbatical.
