Job summary:* Align with the program Change team(s) to understand the project scope, objectives, and timelines.* Review the overall change management, learning and communications strategy for the program.* Collaborate with the EPM Change Manager(s) to identify and document business process changes as they pertain to Anaplan and adjacent program (i.e. SEC).* Conduct a training needs assessment to identify the knowledge and skills gaps related to the Anaplan roll out.* Socialize training needs and recommendations with EPM Change Managers.* Contribute to a comprehensive curriculum that addresses the Anaplan system learning and business process learning needs.* Develop detailed outlines of the training content, including learning objectives, topics, and activities.* Creation of engaging and interactive training content, including instructor-led training and eLearning.* Create realistic storylines and scenarios to illustrate the business process changes and make the training more relatable.* Review and revise training materials based on feedback from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
