As the Associate Director of Adult Evangelization and OCIA, my task is to further the goals of the Center for the New Evangelization (\"CNE\"): Every parish on mission, every person a missionary disciple. I do this by accompanying and forming parish leaders as they strive to create missionary disciples.There are many possibilities for prioritizing adult evangelization in your parish. I can help you- Renew your OCIA process- Create evangelizing small groups- Organize a series of dynamic talks on faith and spirituality- Get 1-on-1 with the disciples in your parish- Bring charism discernment to your staff, volunteers, and parishioners- Cast a vision for evangelization in your parish- Overcome obstacles to dynamic parish ministry- Train your ministry leaders in catechesis, evangelization, and disciple-makingI also give talks at retreats, conferences, workshops, and training days throughout the Archdiocese.
