ABOUT APROF NICHOLAS DACRE
My ongoing research has led me to believe that there are four essential elements to consider when leading successful projects: Effective Communication, Open Collaboration, Clear Goals, and Detailed Planning. However, I also believe that one of the most fundamental aspects to drive the field of project management will be through the greater adoption and implementation of Artificial Intelligence, and Project Data Analytics. Artificial intelligence and data analytics are two of the most important tools that current and future project professionals are likely to rely on, to improve their decision-making processes. By adopting these technologies, project professionals will potentially gain a better understanding of their projects to undertake more accurate and informed decisions.
