I produce a schedule, for approved work orders that will identify plant and resource requirements in order for every task to be completed by the maintenance execution teams. I look to lead the refinery efforts in developing and executing integrated plans. I take a lead role in developing the work schedule for the refinery shutdowns to ensure all required resources are accounted for and aligned. I look to schedule approved work orders for execution prior to the required end dates. I review work order tasks status on a daily basis. I look to identify and escalate critical asset issues. I look to work collectively across different work areas to ensure proper communication of timing that impacts the schedule.
