I am responsible for the product strategy, master data management, data reporting, analytics and algorithmic automation functions. I previously also led the evolution of the business analysis function, while maintaining customer satisfaction, guiding our relationship managers and sales teams. I have successfully advised or led partnership discussions, Proof of Concepts and Request for Proposal initiatives, while proactively communicating regulatory industry changes to our clients.Key successes within this role:• Established the Analytics and Data Reporting architecture while building out multiple reporting solutions with multiple client\'s, End Users business functions in mind (Front Office, Legal, Collateral, Risk and Operations) at the same time as maximising user value. I am always looking to improve the digitisation of the pre & post trade functions with the available relationship or trade data, and achieve this by working with a great team of talented, technical experts• Securing the renewal of multi-million Pound, multi-year contracts for our product and services Responsibility for the strategic direction and management of the algorithmic coding development function. The team automates the extraction of large quantities of complex data from derivative trading relationship agreements or any other legal risk contracts our financial services clients use our product for. • Delivered significant operational cost savings, software delivery life cycle and business process improvements through a ‘Data First’ focus, an automation driven culture and the creation of innovative tools• The transformation of the Business Analysis function through long term strategic planning, colleague mentoring and team development, along with the building out technology assisted processes I communicate effectively, collaborate, and can influence at all levels of our business and within our client’s organisations.
