Nicholas Bost presently serves as Director of Acquisitions at TowerPoint, one of the largest investors in cell tower real estate and wireless infrastructure assets in the United States. Over the last two decades, TowerPoint has carved out a niche in this flourishing corner of the CRE industry, currently controlling and managing over assets including macro cell towers, rooftops and land cell sites across 47 states and Washington, D.C. TowerPoint approaches these assets with the perspective of a real estate investor, treating wireless cell sites as an integrated part of a diversified CRE portfolio. Due to our investment grade portfolio and institutional capital partners, we\'re able to acquire these cell sites at a premium to the land owner and invest directly into the real estate where this critical infrastructure exists. We\'ve successfully completed thousands of transactions to the satisfaction of numerous public and private real estate owners.
