I am a Diversity and Inclusion Manager at PwC Australia, where I lead the firm’s Disability Inclusion initiatives as part of its comprehensive D&I strategy and Access and Inclusion Plan. My work centres on embedding inclusion and diversity into business operations, aligned with the firm’s commitment to its people and core values.With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Disability Inclusion, and neurodiversity, I am committed to fostering neuro-inclusive workplaces. Currently, I am spearheading the revamp of the firm’s Workplace Adjustment Process and have designed the Every Day Action: Disability Inclusion Workshops. My expertise extends to coaching leaders on accessible communications and inclusive leadership, ensuring effective engagement at all organisational levels.In addition to focusing on disability, I am actively involved in embedding inclusive design solutions that underpin the D&I Belonging strategy. I have a keen interest in supporting menopause in the workplace and assisting parents and carers. Committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone is heard and valued.In my previous role as a neurodiversity consultant, I developed the \"Diverse Minds at Work\" workshops and provided coaching and training to neurodivergent entrepreneurs and leaders, helping them harness their unique strengths and those of their teams.
