Results driven senior project manager / programme lead with a successful background in financial services, with experience in pensions, retail, commercial and corporate banking. Wide exposure across digital transformation, regulatory reporting, fraud, risk, stress testing, branch, self-service, and infrastructure/ops.Experienced in driving and leading business transformation from both within IT and Change Delivery, service transition, resource distribution, technology, programme governance and reporting, third party negotiation; and digital transformation, utilising scaled agile and waterfall methods whilst aligning to oganisational strategy.Over 20 years’ background in successfully delivering complex IT software engineering, operations, change delivery and transformation projects. Currently, as a senior project manager in change delivery, led and implemented multiple automation and simplification projects, transforming business practices and ways of working, to lay the groundwork for strategic growth into UK pensions markets, with reduction of operational costs. Stakeholder and supplier management - Track record for successful delivery, based on the ability to build relationships and manage complex and demanding business and IT stakeholder networks, both internal and external, in a transparent and collaborative manner. Experienced in working with global IT, business teams, vendors and external consultancy professionals, and in negotiating SoW scope, resources, timescales and deliverables whilst providing clear communications and reporting inter-team to deliver optimum business outcomes.
