Chartered Construction Manager for St James (part of Berkeley Group Plc). Currently working on the delivery of Westmont Club Residences in West London. White City Living redevelopment masterplan is the construction of 2300+ private and affordable housing and over sqft of commercial spaces. Westmont Club Residences consists of 528 apartments across 6 cores with two towers rising to 22no and 32no storeys. The scheme comprises of high specification apartments and residential facilities such as a rooftop infinity edge pool, terrace gardens, bars, lounges, beauty parlour, cinemas and yoga studios. Complex and logistically challenging project where the construction of a subterranean logistic haul road capable of receiving articulated lorries into the basement was integrated.
