A highly experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor currently working on both Chambers Wharf and Bromley by Bow - over 2,200+ homes and commercial/communal space schemes in East London. My previous schemes have included prestigious projects such as Regents View - Bethnal Green, Dylon Riverside - Sydenham, Gun Hill Park- Aldershot, The Denham Film Studios, Prospects in Southend and 1023 West, former Brentwood Police Station. All schemes contain mix of traditional housing, large scale RC Frame, Full Refurbishment, Commercial units and high end residential. Previous responsibilities included managing sites totalling over homes, full procurement of all trades including bespoke packages, traditional quantity surveying such as take offs, estimating, ordering and valuations. Traditional housing Sites including Horsford (Butterfly Mill), Horsford Phase 2 (Kingfisher Meadow), former RAF Watton (Knights Park), Hawkwell (Clements Gate), Thundersley (Ashcroft Place) and Saxmundham (Mayflower Green) totalled over homes and public open space. Educated at Degree Level in City and Regional Planning at Cardiff University. A 4 year course with the 3rd spent in London as a self-obtained sandwich year at Transport for London as a Planning Obligations Officer. Full 2 Year Completion of the Job Crowd Nationally #2 Ranked Employers to work for Aspire Barratt Graduate Management programme to become a competent and successful Surveyor.Member of the TCPA and sponsored towards full MRICS accreditation. Further since completing an Advanced Certificate in Quantity Surveying through the RICS academy.
