Nia (meaning ‘Purpose’) is an award-winning user-centred product designer & innovator with a heart for tech-for-good and building meaningful purposeful products. With 5+ years\' experience in New Product Development & Innovation, Nia has been instrumental in building 8+ notable products, including founding and inventing Compact Cane – a tech startup developing discreet augmented reality mobility aids for people living with sight loss, tried and tested at national sight loss orgs including RNIB, Blind Veterans & Guide Dogs. Nia is currently Project Manager at Hexr, responsible for managing company-wide product development and delivering projects worth over £150k.
