ABOUT MARK NGUYEN
Mark is a creative and resourceful interdisciplinary consumer researcher that helps technology startup founders understand their users, raise more capital, and sleep better at night. He is described as “really easy going and great to work with” and regularly produces “super interesting\" consumer insights using novel research methods. Armed with a business sense honed through his BBA and MBA education and a lifelong practice of filmmaking (since 10y/o), he brings a distinctive interdisciplinary perspective to research that consistently delivers interesting and practical consumer insights. Mark is a member of the Association for Consumer Research (ACR). Upon founding ND Research in 2019, he has worked with startups that have secured over $1.8B+ in funding, served over 300k end users, and secured over research participants across the world to deliver hundreds of unique consumer and product insights. Mark is active in the Toronto Film community, mentors young technologists at the high school he attended (Northview Heights), enjoys the deep outdoors, and has completed Olympic distance triathlons. Currently, he is an MBA student at the Schulich School of Business, where he is in the first cohort of the Tech MBA program.
