I lead Global Enterprise Risk Management at Dayforce, designing & evolving ERM in a real operating environment with a focus on what leaders will actually use, not just what looks good on paper!My work in program architecture centers on maturing & refining ERM capabilities over time: strengthening risk appetite, governance, & decision-making as the organization continues to grow, change, and scale. I focus on translating risk into clear guardrails & tradeoffs that can be applied to real decisions, particularly across strategic initiatives, responsible AI enablement, & enterprise transformation, balancing resilience with innovation. My experience spans enterprise risk & service effectiveness which has shaped a deeply practical, cross-functional approach to ERM and an appreciation for the realities of adoption, change management, & operating constraints. I approach ERM as a living system that must adapt alongside strategy, risk profile, & organizational maturity. I believe effective ERM isn\'t about claiming certainty, it\'s about creating clarity, discipline, & resilience as conditions change so agile leaders can make confident, informed decisions in the face of risk!
