The role of a fraud advisor is taking responsibility for our customers who may either become a victim of fraud or need support with fraud-based quries. As a fraud advisor i am able to :Identify potential fraudulent transactions using several detection systems, once verified adding the appropriate action.Review customer referrals to mitigate fraud loss for the business and ensure all fraud trends found are communicated upwards.Deliver first class, tailored outcomes for our customers in an empathetic manner.Manage customers accounts in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, updating relevant data using various digital platforms with precision.Take ownership and communicate confidently, exercise excellent listening and written skills to resolve customer and partner queries with expert knowledge.Answer inbound and outbound calls from customers, third parties and colleagues.Contribute individual objectives to support the success of the business.Keep up to date with any industry wide activity utilising our extensive portfolio of development resources which includes knowledge of all fraud detection systems.Assist with admin tasks.
