ABOUT NEM KNEZEVIC

As a Brand Ambassador for BMW Etobicoke, I have the privilege of representing one of the world’s most iconic luxury automotive brands. In this role, I engage with clients to deliver an exceptional BMW experience, showcasing the brand’s values, innovations, and premium offerings. I’m passionate about providing top-tier customer service, building long-term relationships, and creating memorable experiences for every visitor. Previously, as an F&I Administrator at BMW Etobicoke, I was responsible for processing and verifying customer finance applications, preparing and submitting loan/lease documents, and ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards. My Pre-Service Firefighter certification from Conestoga College has further fueled my passion for public safety, and I bring a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and care to all that I do. Before my tenure with BMW Etobicoke, I worked as a Customer Relations Representative at Scotiabank for over 2.5 years, where I developed excellent communication skills, resolved customer inquiries, and supported the funding department. I am a dedicated, adaptable, and results-driven professional, committed to providing exceptional service and contributing to the continued success of the brands I represent.
