ABOUT NEIL ROWLEY
As the Head of Regulatory Reporting at National Gas Transmission, I led a team of Regulation Specialists to support the business in delivering RIIO Price Control requirements. This included programme managing the annual performance reporting to Ofgem on the £2.9bn price control deal and submission of business cases for additional Transmission network investments. I have over 20 years of experience in the energy sector, with a strong background in regulatory strategy, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.I am passionate about leading and managing complex regulatory projects, ensuring compliance with Ofgem\'s RIIO-T2 framework, and driving clean energy initiatives. I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results, building trust with stakeholders, and fostering a collaborative environment. I hold a BSc Hons in Sports & Exercise Science and an HNC in Electrical Engineering. I am an advocate for my own and those around me to continuously development, using tools such as Linked in learning.
