Initially employed at Office Options as Marketing Manager, with responsibility for brand development, telemarketing, literature design and lead development. My responsibilities since 2012 include management of key customer accounts providing a single point of contact for all stages of each project, from initial enquiry through design and specification to delivery and installation. Ongoing customer support is also a key priority: we believe in building long-term working relationships.
