I\'m an engineering team lead, project manager, scrum master & line manager with experience in technology product development from early research, concept development through to volume manufacture. I manage delivery of the electronic systems to a product by coordinating system, software, hardware & mechanical design development. I am passionate about supporting technology development through removing impediments and fine tuning delivery efficiency. I do this by developing fit for purpose product development processes using an Agile Scrum based approach, taking inspiration from the many documented approaches but adapting them as appropriate for the scale and make up of the team.
