ABOUT JEFF GARELICK
Through my years at Intel, IBM, Sun and Oracle I have seen and been a part of many different technology cultures and have seen it from the individual contributor to the Director level manager. This new era in computing with scalable systems and Artificial Intelligence(AI) takes a bold and innovative way to look at and solve problems. I have always excelled at building strong teams in which we take on future problems and solve them in extremely creative ways. I want to take the wealth of knowledge to the next level with a strong, positive company.I have been leading an exceptional team of performance/development individuals for the last 20 years at multiple companies, I have taken in many different aspects of the corporate and development worlds and been instrumental in the development of the SPEC community in the early years as the Steering Committee chairman and tools development Czar and have always been a champion for industry standards. I manage a team that is cross site, cross division and have always been able to get world class performance results. I am looking to grow this ability and take it more to the next level with giving corporate direction, team building and execution. My career has shown that I am results driven and have always been successful with each project, idea and job, always getting the most out of what is given to me.
