Dec 2018 - Current - Governance SME and PM - Vocalink (MasterCard)Employed initially as an Governance SME and PM on a programme investigating a new cross-border payments platform. Moved in May 2019 to the Engineering function working on the IPSC programme supporting releases and PM for the production of Technical and Architectural documentation for a major clientOct 2017 - Oct 2018 Stream Project Manager, TALM Trade Migration, Nordea LSP2 ProgrammeEmployed as a Project Manager within TALM, working on a key stream for the re-domiciliation of the banks Headquarters from Stockholm to Helsinki - a unique programme and the first time a GSIB bank has moved it\'s Headquarters into the ECB area under the SSM regulatory orbit. The project involved three phased migrations and involved co-ordination of requirements, development, testing, Dress Rehearsals and run-books containing over tasks for the cutover weekends. I led a core team for the trade migration, reaching out to over 70 particpants across Treasury and ensuring co-ordination with Markets, Accounting and Reg reporting to ensure that all dependencies and linkages across tasks were understood and impacts planned for. The re-domiciliation took legal effect on 1st October 2018 and all the necessary internal and external trades were successfully migrated with no impact to the Bank\'s operations or to Customer\'s accounts and the move was celebrated by the ringing of the opening bell on the Helsinki Stock Exchange on the 1st October by the banks CEO.

I have worked in the City for over 30 years, initially in the Treasury departments for the Man Group (5 years) and then Lehman Brothers in London (4 years). I have since worked in Financial Consultancy for the next 21 years (with a 3 year spell at RBS in the middle), firstly with City Practitioners (now Capco) and then with Rule Financial (later taken over by GFT).
