I develop and implement evidence based solutions to clients needs based on 25 years experience in the licensed retail, hospitality and related sectors. Throughout my career I have gained greatest satisfaction when plans come together and are delivered as envisaged. I founded the running frog consultancy, a consultancy focused upon transforming clients’ performance, not only by developing creative well thought out solutions, but also to deploy proven implementation techniques and to foster a culture where the drive for implementation perfection is ever-present. I have worked on many large projects and multiple-stakeholder initiatives. As a business consultant I have seen poor recommendations implemented well and great recommendations not so well. My aim is to develop well thought out recommendations coupled with effective implementation plans and techniques.
